Waterside property


Whilst walking along the aptly named Water Lane in Winchester I saw these properties backing onto the River Itchen, I wonder whether the owners make use of their waterside location
at

    It would be a nice place to sit on the deck and see what comes by. Would there be fish in the river?

    There certainly would - I have seen salmon and trout just up from there.
