Pillars

Peninsula Square in Winchester used to be an army barracks although it was originally destined to be a palace for King Charles II. It is now private housing. I think it would be a beautiful place to live, but rather expensive.

  2. Peninsula Square was one area I never got to explore, they were still converting areas of it while I lived there.

By the entrance on the hill there was a small cafe. I kept on meaning to use it one day as I walked home, but it closed down, which was rather sad, as it was a good place for the older male residents of the new appartments to meet up.

  5. I like the memories associated with different places. I suppose it has something to do with our ages but this memory must have been pleasant.
