Speaking of 2012 trends - HAPPY NEW YEAR! (Though a bit early - 2012 starts are few hours earlier in Winchester than in New Mexico, U.S.A. So, I thought I'd get a head start.)
I would think students - the landlord hasn't provided curtains and the students don't have a clue how to fit them!
A bit retro perhaps... the odd table cloth and sheet! Lol...
Well, it can look nice. Curtains, and a bit of paint, plus some ROSES in the front garden.....
